Etusivu JAKK EU Information Centre Europe Direct Relay at Your Service Europe Direct Network European Union Information Network, in other words Europe Direct Network, consists of over 500 information centres in the member states of the European Union. Europe Direct information relays act as an interface between citizens and the Union at local level. The mission of the Europe Direct network is: Enable local citizens to obtain information, advice, assistance and answers to questions about the European Union`s institutions, legislation, policies, programmes and funding opportunities Actively promote local and regional debate about the European Union and it`s policies Assist the European institutions to improve the dissemination of information tailored to local and regional needs Give the public the opportunity to send feedback to the European Union institutions in the form of questions, opinions and suggestions JAKK EU Information Centre JAKK EU Information Centre is a member of the Europe Direct Network. The task of JAKK EU Information Centre is to inform the public about the policies and programmes of the European Union and the possibilities of taking part in them. JAKK EU Information Centre helps citizens in the area to exploit different kinds of EU funding programmes by offering information and support. JAKK EU Information Centre acts as a co-operation activator and supports the interaction of citizens and regions in Europe. JAKK EU Information Centre offers information on the European Union to private citizens and local organizations. The office of JAKK EU Information Centre operates in the premises of JAKK Adult Education Centre in Jalasjärvi.
